How do I take care of my graphic tees?

We always place a t-shirt care card within every order. Please follow the instructions to the best of your ability to keep up with quality of your shirts.

  • Turn garment inside out.
  • Machine wash cold.
  • No fabric softner.
  • No bleach.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.
  • Tumble dry on low heat.

What brand shirts do you use?

We use many brands that are amazing in quality, cotton/poly-blend and soft-style as we value quality + comfy shirts at an affordable price. Our shirts are unisex and true to size. Please reference all size charts in item's description before purchasing. We recommend ordering your normal size for a regular fit.

How long is shipping?

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. Shipping depends on inventory and influx of orders, as all items are made to order. Please allow sufficient time for orders to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Current TAT (turn around times) are always posted at the top of the home page.

What are business days? Business days are Monday - Friday. Any holiday thrown in the mix does not count as a business day. 

TAT (turn around time) for graphic tee orders are typically between 3-14 business days, typically sooner. For example: when you order on a Thursday, the 6th business day will be on a Friday.

5 business days is a full week, 10 business days are 2 full weeks and so on. 

Do you accept Afterpay/Sezzle/Paypal?

Yes! We offer Buy Now, Pay Later selections. Visit our Afterpay FAQ here for more information on it works. 

Can I order a custom jbyfashion shirt?

At this time, we are not accepting any custom orders. We are not able to change the wording or design on any of the shirts. We always accept new ideas for graphic tee designs though! Please email us your fun ideas 

Do you work with brand reps or do collaborations?

Yes! Make sure to visit our brand ambassador page for more information on how brand reps works! At this time, we are not accepting new collaborations. You are welcome to email us at info@jbyfashion.com for any possibilities.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We are currently accepting wholesale orders. Please email us at info@jbyfashion.com for all wholesale orders.

I received my package, but noticed I ordered the wrong size?

No worries! Visit our return portal to submit an exchange: https://jbyfashion.com/a/returns We will then process the exchange and your new size will be on its way! 

Note in some instances, items may become out of stock. If that's the case, store credit will be offer in exchange for wrong size ordered. Please note with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity on our website. This is not considered a defect in quality or product. Please note that colors may not be exact, but close, due to digital mock up limitations and varying screen resolutions. 

My package has not arrived and the tracking information has not been updated. What do I do?
Sometimes USPS has missed a scan along the way. The package may also be lost/missing or the label or packaging has become damaged. We do provide Route protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. Visit routeapp.io to learn more.
If Route protection is unselected and the shipping class, USPS Standard First Class Package was selected, then no insurance is on that package via USPS. Meaning it is unable to be file as a loss claim. We recommend submitting a Missing Mail Search with USPS.
Please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777 or online. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
