We are based online located in Memphis, Tennessee, however, we offer local pickup for our locals.
Orders are usually ready within our shipping policy. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You must be in Memphis, TN in order to receive your order. If not, your order will either be canceled or billed for shipping.
Note: We hold orders for up to 14 days. Orders that are not picked up in a timely manner, will be billed for shipping or a restocking fee.

Processing time. Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After the order is processed, next is packaging and shipping details.
Shipping time. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to your destination. Shipping time will vary for each destination. Take note that during the holidays, the delivery time may be longer due to third party circumstances. You will received an email with a tracking code and shipping details. We appreciate your patience.
Graphic Tee Collection
Shipping depends on inventory, as all items are printed to order. Please allow sufficient time for orders to be processed, packaged, and shipped if necessary. TAT (turn around time) for graphic tee orders are typically between 3-14 business days. Current TAT (turn around times) are always posted at the top of the home page. Business days are Monday - Friday and does not include holidays.
What are business days? Business days are Monday - Friday. Any holiday thrown in the mix does not count as a business day.
TAT (turn around time) for graphic tee orders are typically between 3-14 business days, typically sooner. For example: when you order on a Thursday, the 6th business day will be on a Friday.
5 business days is a full week, 10 business days are 2 full weeks and so on.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase.
If your order takes more than 21 business days to ship, we will refund 100% of the shipping costs. This policy is takes into effect on an actual business day when order has been placed and processed in our system.
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries depending on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. When you purchase a box, it is a one time delivery. We are packing, labeling, and handing over your subscription or boxes to our carrier. COVID-19 may impact the timing of your delivery.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. If you are experiencing a delay please contact USPS for more information.

Graphic Tee Collection Returns:
We all know shopping online can be a hit or miss, especially when it comes to sizing. That's why we offer a size chart and try our best to describe our product's description with as much detail as possible to help with your buying decision. Since we press all designs by hand, jbyfashion does not offer refunds.
We do offer exchanges or store credit. The exchange will be for the same design of product in the same color, only just a different size. You are responsible to pay any extra fees (sizing difference/shipping). If design is no longer available, we will issue out a store credit for cost of merch.
Example: Customer makes a purchase for a graphic tee that costs $19.99, in size XL. Looks at shirt and thinks, a 2XL will fit better. Customer does return process and is approved. Customer receives a new invoice to pay $2.00 for exchange tee in size 2XL + shipping fees.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of your order delivery date. Please visit our return center here to get started. Graphic tee items sell quickly, so there may be a chance the design is no longer available for an acceptable return. If thats the case, we will issue a store credit for that item price.
Please note, jbyfashion does not offer refunds. We only offer store credit/exchanges which you can use towards a future purchase. If you received a defective item, we will provide a replacement is item is still available and cover all shipping costs. Or, issue a store credit/exchange only if the item is unavailable. Defective items will be exchanged for the same design of product in the same color and size. If item is not available, we will offer store credit. What items are returnable?

- Original condition refers to merch that is unworn, not-used and has not been washed. No odors of any types and/or hair; no stains/damage in any way. All original hang tags must still be intact.

- free gifts, discounted items and promotional items are not returnable! All clearance items, promotional items purchased are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return item(s). We will inspect all items for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit/exchanged will be emailed within 10 working days.

In some instances, with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity on our website. This is not considered a defect in quality or product. Please note that colors may not be exact, but close, due to digital mock up limitations and varying screen resolutions.
