Returns:
No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. We will allow returns for exchanges only if the item is still available.
Returned merchandise should not be worn, altered, or washed. They must be returned in original packing with the original tags and labels still attached. We reserve the right to deny your return if returned items do not meet the above criteria or are deemed non-returnable.
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable such as body suits, swimsuits, and any other merchandise that is deemed non-returnable are also FINAL SALE.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email info@officialdesarae.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and email the return form provided and then mail your return to the provided address.
In the email please include the following:
- a screenshot of your order summary
- a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.
Please note we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed. We will notify you by email when you return has been processed.

Note: Just Be You Fashion LLC will not be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen items and misdirected packages due to old or incorrect addresses. Please note some packages may require a signature and will not be delivered if no one is present at the time of the delivery. If it has been confirmed your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
